We are an English medium, voluntary-aided primary, co-educational Church in Wales day school, serving Llandaff and many surrounding areas.
Throughout their schooling at Llandaff City Church in Wales Primary School, we encourage the children to think for themselves and be self-disciplined by developing positive attitudes, extending their knowledge and developing appropriate skills in a caring, Christian community, while valuing those children of other religions and those without religious commitment. We recognise that teachers, support staff, governors, parents and voluntary workers make a significant contribution and need to work together for the School, to help its children achieve their best.
We hope you think that our School is right for your child.
All parents wishing to enrol their child at Llandaff City Primary are welcome to visit prior to submitting their child's name; however, it is advisable for parents to telephone and make an appointment. To register your interest for a place for your child at the School please contact Mrs Sarah Gall our School Administration Officer.
Application forms are sent to parents in the Autumn Term prior to the academic year of entry in which a child would be due to start. Parents are informed by March whether their applications have been successful
Our School has a long and rich history with origins in the Cathedral that can be traced back over 300 years.
We are valued by the community and popular with parents because of our high standards, Cathedral links and the quality of care given.
We believe that one of the most effective ways to encourage the children in our care to reach their full potential is to set an example as a School by striving for excellence.
